Today's competitive business climate demands that training focus
on tangible, practical skills that will maximize individual and
team performance. How well those skills are learned and integrated
will mark the difference between adequate and excellent performance.
The primary goal of this program is to provide participants with
the awareness and skills to be effective team members. This is achieved
through a series of initiatives in a spirit of camaraderie and fun.

Course Content: This exciting and empowering
course is designed to instill specific communication skills, a
sense of interdependence, cooperative problem solving and winning
belief systems for success in a team environment. Using proven
experiential learning techniques, the program will synthesize
these topics:
- The 10 Keys to Teamwork
- Modes and styles of effective communication
- Deepening trust within a team
- Effective listening
- Assessment of present team strengths and weaknesses
- Identifying areas of agreement and differences in perception
- Handling conflict effectively
- Development of team objectives
